President Bush's Tax Cuts
I've done my annual deed, completing the federal income tax return for our household. A fistful of documents and a check stuffed into a large envelope to be sent to the IRS. Jeez.
And for the third year in a row Bush's promised tax cuts to this American middle-class taxpayer didn't happen.
